Joining the Surgery Center in 2017, Cindy brings over 11 years of administrative management experience in the ambulatory surgery center care setting. Cindy is certified with Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC). Cindy currently sits on the Physician Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Ambulatory Surgery Association. Cindy’s goal for the center is to provide the patients at Surgery Center of Allentown with the highest quality of care in a comfortable, convenient environment and at the end of the day patient’s satisfaction is her top priority.
June Habiak, RN, BSN, Director of Nursing
With the Surgery Center of Allentown since it opened in 2007, June brings over thirty years of experience in nursing to her position as the Director of Nursing. Prior to her current role, June provided care in the areas of medical/surgical nursing, critical care nursing, and pharmaceuticals.Throughout her career, June has been actively involved with quality assurance, infection control, education and regulatory compliance, which she uses to ensure that the Surgery Center’s patients are provided the highest quality of are.
Frances Oswald, CPC, CMM, Billing Manager
With the Surgery Center of Allentown since it opened in 2007, Frances brings over 25 years of medical practice administration and business
management to her role as Business Manager. Frances is certified in procedural coding and medical practice management. Her prior practice management experience in the specialties of neurology, cardiology and endocrinology enable her to help the Center’s patients with any insurance/billing related issues to ensure that the financial part of the surgical process is a smooth and expedited one.
Chad Wenderoth, Materials Manager
Joining the Surgery Center in 2011, Chad brings over 11 years of experience to his position as Materials Manager. Prior to his current role,
Chad was in the bio-medical field specializing in refractive surgery. As Materials Manager, Chad focuses on maintaining sufficient inventory for daily surgeries while controlling costs to ensure each patient is delivered high quality care at as low a cost as possible. Chad supports the Center’s team approach to providing care, which he learned during his fast paced career as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy.
